Ivanhoe Couture was established in November of 2008. It all happened by accident. I made a onesie (only because the one I spent $60.00 on fell apart) and a binky holder (tired of licking my daughters pacifier to clean it). My daughter and I were growling at each other in AJ's. Diane from Casa Paloma approached Hannah and I. She told us how cute we were and asked us to come next store and look at this bib she had. So we did. I just was telling her how excited I was that I had designed a onesie and a binky holder for my daughter.-- just being a proud crafty mom. She called me 10 minutes later and asked me if I could bring my stuff in on Saturday. It was Wednesday;so I did.

I enjoy every second of designing. I have a background in advertising. So before I became a mommy, I spent 8 years in advertising and design.This whole journey has been such a blessing. Everything has just happened. In 2009 we have grown to be in 17 boutiques;we were in Fashion Week. I designed a manequin for the opening of Barneys of New York.

I participate in a lot of Charity events.I truly believe when you put your true faith in God and stay true to why you are doing what you do, everything will just fall into place. And that has truly been the experience of our first year.

I love to put smiles on the precious little ones faces. I truly feel SO BLESSED that I get to share my passion with my family and all of my clients. I have a true passion for life and for all of life's little secrets that I have learned. I love sharing things with other mommies.
